rearrange


so, i did not do what i had planned out today. instead of walking slash running on the greenway i helped my mother rearrange her house. like switching the living room into the eating area to the eating area into the living room. it's weird but the way Comcast put our cable it kind of made sense to make the switch. sabastine seems to like it since we always spend our time in the dining. our house is built weird anyway. my room was the garage, then den, turned into a master bedroom& bla bla bla. the 70s was a strange time.

anyway, i just got side tracked. i did hear that if you just keep moving& keep your mind on something it takes you away from eating more. which did help. i had some cottage cheese& that was around 2ish.

FIRST.... this morning i had another bowl of C.T.Crucnh with 2% milk. then after that nothing else. later i came back to the house at like 1ish& waited till i was positive i was hungry& fixed a bowl of cottage cheese. then after i did the laundry room (which BTW has not been cleaned since i graduated high school in 2006. after my father died in Dec of 1992 my mom's cleaning skills have slipped into I MUST KEEP EVERYTHING& this has taught me NOTHING).

she left the house around 4ish to take out the trash& she my aunt about some crushed coke cans to recycle. i kept about cleaning till i was for real hungry. i heated a left over mini slice of pizza (my last one for a while, so sick of pizza)& a muffin from a wedding shower a few days ago.

around dinner time like 6ish, i cooked us thin slice of steak (yum, i did very well this time, i for realz can cook steak now), boiled corn on the cob (the mini kind)& she cut up some potato's which i then boiled them& i made mashed potatoes with garlic salt. holy crap was it good& i'm completely satisfied. now more eating past 7pm anymore. that cake that Nathan bought is teasing me in the fridge but i'm not buying it. HA!

i'm freaking worn out though, all this busy work has just drained me of not wanting to do anything but i do think i put push in some sit ups. yeah i think i might. i'll just have to wait till Thursday to go to the greenway, i work tomorrow& i'd like to clean my room before i go in. i also need to fix some of my clothes to like kinda rockabilly slash Hot Topic look. i'm such a drag when it comes to clothes.

Lesson 4 - Body Roll - Bellydance with Rachel Brice

journal

i'm keeping a journal by my side on things that i have done. for starts i have found out my true weight& i'm not at all pleased. 250 pounds of pure loathe. i'm greatly disgusted with myself. it seems so weird to see that in front of my face. i feel it laugh at me. oh well. i started my day off pretty well, i stretched for 10 mins each for 10 to 20 secs. i worked my upper body first then went to my lower body. i have figured out that if i take deep breathes i will be able to do more.

i'm using my mom's Miami machine she order. i just did leg pumps because with the things that are pictured to do look slightly hard for me right now. i might break something at this weight. i then went to moving my upper body side to side with out moving my lower half& DAMN i sure do feel it in my sides. i then started to attempt belly rolls. those are extremely tougher then i remember.

i'm mixing belly dance exercises with regular exercises. it seems to be a little bit better then the grueling let's just exercise routine. i will be going on my walk tomorrow, i did not today. i have been neglecting my sweet cat so i spent the day with him. he just slept while i watch some tv& did my thing. less meow when i'm there.

forgive me for the errors in my typing, my spell check is not working due to the lack of wifi i'm receiving& i'm typing extremely fast to clean Nathans kitchen. i walked in& it smelled so bad. (eye roll)

things i did yesterday


so, i ate breakfast, a little bit high in fat i guess but i figured i needed it later on during the day. it was a stuffed pizza slice from Papa Murphy's. i broiled it in the oven because Nathan has yet to buy a microwave or a toaster. i settled my tummy& listened to some tribal belly dance music to get the groove working& then started on sit-ups. i did about 40 total. i then started working my lower body with out trying to move my upper body. it's really tougher now since i did this exercise in November of 08. (eye roll) i'm trying to picture that motivation i had when i was 16& sitting in the back seat of my aunt's car. we were eating Wendy's& i just saw them shovel the fries in there mouth.

around 2pm i went back to my house to pick up Darla& we went to the greenway. i ran slash walked about 3 miles. i felt great afterword's. then i fixed a salad with baby carrots, ranch dressing with a bacon taste& sharp Cheddar cheese. i guess that's OK. around 9:30pm i cooked a late dinner with Nathan. two pieces of chicken, cayenne pepper, Montreal chicken, salt, pepper& sage were added spices. i then cooked mashed potatoes. enough for the two of us. Nathan went out& bought a cake but i have yet to eat it. we have yet to eat it because i fell asleep while he was doing homework for a class.

this morning i ate a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with 2% milk. nothing else so far.

now i'm gonna go back to my house, change cloths& work out. yes?

holy ground

for the past four days i have been walking Darla, my new puppy for about 2mths, on the greenway. i have lost weight& i can feel it in my jeans but i'm so scared to jump on the scale. i'm trying to best i can to get back on track but i make up these lame excuse to put it off. but today, i'm heating up food so i want exercise on a empty stomach.

it's time. i'm renaming my site. instead of 70 pounds, which seems fare fetched for march now. i will lose twenty to 35 pounds. then we i get back from my trip from Texas& Illinos i will being the the massive weight blog with something better. i've made mentle notes& stick notes.

so hear we go. i'm about to eat my breakfest. i'll begin my day with stretching& then sit-ups. when i get home form my boyfriends i'll grab my trustful dog& hit the greenway.

i need tips, good foods to eat. i love meat meat meat& veggies. i'm big pasta lover so anything you throw my way would be awesome. i need all the help i can get because these trips are very important. going to two weddings, i want to look nice!
